• Participants must follow all safety instructions given by instructors. Failure to comply may result in termination of the lesson without a refund.

4. Junior Golfers Policy (Minors Under 18)

a) Parental Consent & Supervision

• Minors under 18 must have a parent or legal guardian’s written consent before participating in lessons.
• For children under 13, a parent or guardian must be present during the lesson unless otherwise agreed upon.

b) Safety & Conduct

• Junior golfers are expected to follow all safety rules, including proper swing etiquette and respecting other players on the course.
• Any misconduct, disruptive behavior, or failure to follow instructor directions may result in the termination of the lesson without a refund.

c) Equipment Responsibility

• Parents/guardians are responsible for providing or ensuring their child has proper golf equipment (clubs, balls, attire, etc.).
• If rental equipment is used, any damage caused by misuse may result in additional charges.
